We consider every corporate redesign program as an implementation of change and use all the tools of change management.
The foundation of our efficiency improvement program is the BIP (Business Improvement Program) methodology. This practical approach is defining the organizational functions as a complex entity which is the optimal cooperation of the company's strategic (hard side - processes, systems, organizational structure, internal and external regulations) and operational side (soft side - employee competencies, key persons, organizational culture and ability, communication).
