Our trainings are based on the TaskTrain methodology developed and used exclusively by us. This complex program is a revolutionary solution which goes farther than the classic training methods and workshops and surpasses their efficiency.

The TaskTrain's result oriented approach is combining values of the classic ways improving their efficiency by creating real corporate scenarious and problems to ensure the development of skills and experties. As the framework of TaskTrain the competences and participant roles are defined followed by problem mapping and development plan creation. With the trainers active guidance the processing is initiated, leading to the final benchmarking of acquired skills and comptencies.

A training can include financial and management skills development (process and change management, strategy planning and benchmarking) leadership and organizational skills (sales techniques, performance management, stress management, internal partnership, businnes planning) and outdoor programs. The later can bring a unique touch to any teambuilding, cooperation and competition training.
